To understand or the definition for the Deep Web or Dark Web is "the part of internet which is not allowed to see", the internet we surf in our everyday life is only the 4% of the whole internet, it's do sounds strange but it is the truth and the rest of the internet is on the Deep Web or Dark Web. 

The Deep Web or Dark Web looks normal if someone surf's it but it is the place of the internet where people are offering and selling drugs, guns, stolen Credit Cards, hit-man, children, torturing rooms and illegal activities and so on happen there, you can do anything like this by paying some BTC in exchange. 

The horror part of this is the more you try to explore the Deep Web or Dark Web or the more you try to investigate it, you will gonna find more dark things, or more disturbing things there and it is very possible that if you are exploring it more deeply then you will find even more and extremely disturbing things there e.g; Red Rooms.
